Mound Players of the week (2008)

July 21- July 26  1 playoff game: chris Harrell 4-5, 1 run, 2 doubles, 2 singles, 1 RBI pitched 4 1/3 inings.

July 14- July 20 2 playoff games: Chris Harrell 4-10, 2 doubles, 4 RBI, a run scored and 5 innings pitched 1 win, 3 runs and a strikeout.

                                      Robb Moynagh 5-10, 1 double, 2RBI and 4 runs scored.

 July 7- July 13 Andy Snyder  8-13, 3 homeruns, 8 Rbi, 7 runs, 1 double, 2 walks, 1 HBP. 

June 30- July 6 Joe Wood was 1-2 with a walk the teams first triple of the season and he played flawless centerfield. 

June 23-29  Peter Sycks had 6 hits a double, 2 infield singles, 3 RBI and he threw out 3 out of 3 would be base stealer's on Sunday.

                    Eddie kutz Played all 3 games and was 0-3 with 6 walks, was hit by 3 pitches, was 2-2 in steals including home once, 2 RBI, a sac fly and numerous outstanding defensive plays either in the outfield or third base.

   Honorable mention:  Andy Snyder On Sunday had a 3-4 day with 1 walk, a single, two home runs, 5 RBI and 4 runs scored.

June 16-22  Robb Moynagh Had two of the Mallards 4 hits against Rockford getting a walk, double single and one RBI.

June 9-15  Mike Mitchell  pitched 7 scoreless innings against Rogers and went 3-8 over the weekend with 2 RBI, a double and a run scored while playing flawless defense at second. 

June 2-8  Joe Wood pitched 2 scoreless innings played a flawless center field and had 1 hit at the plate at the Hamburg tourney.

May 26- June 1   Nick Rettke  Pitched 5 innings over 2 games and was 4-11 at the plate scoring 5 runs and hitting 2 doubles while batting in 1 run, walking 2 times and getting hit by 1 pitch.

May 19-25   Chris Harrell  pitched 11 innings 1 run had 2 singles, a walk and played outstanding defense at third and while pitching.

May 11-18  Andy Snyder  Hit .500 over the teams first two games with 2 doubles, a walk, 1 RBI and a run scored

Mound Pitchers of the week (2008)

July 21- 26  Peter Sycks 3 innings pitched 1 unearned run.

July 14- 20  Andy keding pitched 4 shutout innings for a save against Rockford giving up only 2 hits and striking out 2.

July 7-13th Nick Rettke Started @ Big Lake and pitched a 7 inning, 2 hit, complete game shutout.

June 30-July 6  Andy Keding Started vs Albertville Pitching 5 innings with 4 strikeouts, 0 runs, only 1 hit and getting the win.

June 23-29 Joe Wood On Friday he pitched 3 innings for the teams first save of the year and on Sunday recorded his first victory. In total he pitched 4 innings with 5 strike outs and 0 runs allowed. 

June 16-22 Nick Rettke got Mound out of jam in the seventh inning and pitched a scoreless 8th against Rockford.

June 9-15 Joe Wood Pitched 2 more scoreless innings in the shutout of Rogers 6 to nothing.

June 2-8  Peter Sycks  Pitched an outstanding complete game against Young America

May 26-June 1 Mike Mitchell  4innings 2 earned runs with 6 k's against Hutch

May 19-25 Chris Harrell   pitched 11 innings 1 earned run in two games

May 11-18  Peter Sycks 6 1/3 strong innings against Howard Lake
